This website is dedicated to the lovely Isle of Wight. Situated off the south coast of England, it is served by ferries from Lymington, Southampton and Portsmouth. The island enjoys a more temperate climate than many places in the south and has superb unspoiled beaches, some providing gentle warm waters and soft sand; others are a little livelier for the water sports fanatics.

The yachting fraternity is more than catered for by Cowes, with its world famous annual sailing regatta and year round activities. Away from the beaches the island is characterised by beautiful vineyards and country pubs that typify the relaxed pace of life on the island.

The island is a wonderful place to visit, but be careful, you may decide to stay for good!
